What the platform stores, what it does not, and who else sees it. Every statement below describes how Voxera is actually built rather than what a policy template would allow.

Who this is about

Voxera operates a realtime voice platform that developers embed in their own applications. That makes two relationships worth separating. When you sign up for an account, we decide what to store about you. When your application places a call, we process whatever your end users say on your instructions — you decide what the agent does and what context it receives.

Voxera Voice, Idrottsgatan 06, 464 30 Mellerud, Sweden.

What we store

Account details
Email address, display name, and either a password hash or the subject identifier from your identity provider. Recorded at sign-up and on each login.
Workspace and role records
Which workspaces you belong to, your role in each, and invitations you sent or accepted.
Conversation transcripts
The text of each turn in a call, in order, with timestamps and the agent version that produced it. If your application passes an end-user identifier or metadata, that is stored alongside the conversation.
Usage records
Voice seconds and call counts per session, written when the session ends. This is what the monthly allowance is measured against.
Administrative audit log
Changes to workspace status, entitlement overrides and platform roles, each with the reason the operator gave. Kept for accountability.
Billing references
Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the resulting plan state. Card numbers never reach Voxera; Stripe holds them, and raw payment payloads are not retained.

What we do not store

These are worth stating plainly, because a voice product invites the opposite assumption.

Call audio
Audio is transcribed in flight and discarded. Writing it to disk happens only behind a SAVE_RECORDINGS debug flag, which is not set in any deployed environment.
Provider credentials in agent configuration
API keys, authorization headers and passwords are rejected by both the dashboard and the API if you try to put one in an agent's provider config.
Card details
Payment methods are held by Stripe and never sent to Voxera.

How long it is kept

Each plan carries a conversation retention window as an entitlement:

  • Free 7 days
  • Hobby 30 days
  • Growth 90 days
  • Scale 365 days

Automatic expiry is not yet in place: today these windows are the retention we commit to honouring on request, not a job that runs on a timer. Saying so is the only honest version of this section, and we would rather write it down than let the shorter sentence imply a deletion that has not happened.

Account records, usage totals and the administrative audit log outlive individual conversations: usage is what billing is reconciled against, and an audit log that can be trimmed is not an audit log.

Who else processes it

OpenAI — Speech-to-text, language model and text-to-speech
The bundled default for all three pipeline stages. On Growth and Scale you may substitute your own providers, in which case they process the audio and text instead.
Amazon Web Services — Hosting, database and object storage
Compute and the managed database run in eu-west-2 (London).
Stripe — Payments and subscription billing
Holds payment methods and processes charges.

On Growth and Scale you may configure your own speech, model and text-to-speech providers. When you do, that provider processes the audio and text in place of the bundled default, under whatever agreement you hold with them.

If you are an end user

If you spoke to a voice agent built on Voxera, the application you were using — not Voxera — decides what the agent does and what is kept. Requests about your data should go to that application’s operator, who can act on them directly. We will help them do so, but we cannot identify you across their customers on our own.

Access, export and deletion

Your workspace’s conversations and transcripts are readable in the dashboard. Export and deletion are handled by request rather than self-service today — write to support@voxera.ai and we will action it. A self-service export and delete is planned; until it ships, this is the route.

Website preferences and measurement

The website stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser so it can apply it on your next visit.

This version of the marketing website does not load an analytics collector or advertising trackers.
